Getting to Know You (pt. 2)

Hey, y'all! Today we're doing the to be continued from our previous Getting toKnow You post. I stole this idea from Lora... so now these are the last 18 questions to learn about how I think!
...Who would you want with you if you were stranded on a deserted island?
Well, I think I'm supposed to say my husband or kids, but I think I'd rather have Amanda with me. We'd be able to keep each other entertained without driving each other bonkers.
...If you could do anything you wanted right now, what would it be?
I would lock myself in the bathroom to take a bubble bath and finish the book I'm reading.

...If money was no object, what would you do all day?
sit in the sun and read.

...Where do you most want to travel, but have never been?
France. I took French in high school, and I still remember most of it. I really want to go there to experience the culture. Not even to Paris necessarily. To the country side for sure
...What is your favorite memory?
Taking walks with my grandmother when I was a kid. Well, honestly anything with my grandma. She passed away last year, and I miss her a lot. She was a great teacher and a great friend.
...Who is your favorite author?

J.K Rowling because Harry Potter... duh!

...What is your favorite book?
Well, if you see the previous answer... the Harry Potter series is my favorite. Obviously. But I also really love The Chronicles of Narnia.
...What was your favorite activity in gym class?
Kickball! We used to play it every Friday. Way better than running laps.
...What has been your biggest challenge?

Raising children. Holy Hell... there is so much snot and poop and whining. Don't get me wrong, I do love my kids! It's just very challenging raising them.

...What is your biggest success up until now?
Same answer... raising my kids! It's difficult but very rewarding!
...What does your perfect day look like?
Waking up late, having nutritious meals, and not feeling any amount of stress at all during the day.
...University or life experience, which do you feel best prepares you for life?
I've never been to college so for me it's definitely life experiences.
...What is the one thing that should be taught in school that isn’t already?
How to balance a check book and manage money. I think too many kids leave school without knowing how to manage their money and get credit cards way too soon.
...If you were to create a piece of art, what would the subject be?
probably my kids. I know I say that a lot, but that's all I know.
...What one thing would you change if you had to do it over?
I'd probably go to school. Yes I think life experiences are better, but I know degrees get you pretty far as well.
...If you could go back in time, what year would you travel to?
That's a tough one. Probably 1994 so I could see my uncle one more time. I never got a chance to really get to know him.
...What does your life say about you?

That I don't spend enough time for myself. It's all work, taking care of kids, and taking care of my hubby.

...How would your friends describe you? They would most likely say I talk too much, I'm loud, outgoing, crazy, goofy, and a mess.

So there you have it! The End for "Getting to know you" :) I hope y'all enjoyed your visit.
